Job Description
Position Summary
The Summer Camp Counsellor will work with the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre team in ensuring the well‑being and safety of all participants, facilitate games and activities, provide daily feedback to the Sports Centre Manager and maintain a fun and inclusive environment for the participants.
Responsibilities
- Implement the daily camp programs for children aged 5-12 years.
- Ensure the health and safety of the children participating in the summer camp program.
- Act as a positive role model and leader at all times.
- Actively participate in all camp related activities (e.g., field trips, games, craftsetc.).
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized and all equipment is well maintained.
- Build positive relationships with camp staff, participants, and parents.
- Follow all Town of Strathmore policies and procedures as required.
