As a **Seasonal Assistant Camp Director at Science Factory Camp** , you help keep summer camp running smoothly while staying right in the heart of the action. Working closely with the Camp Director, you support staff, step in with campers when needed, and help guide the flow of each busy, high‑energy day.
This camp leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading alongside their team, jumping in when things get messy (literally or figuratively), and bringing calm, steady support to a fast‑moving environment. Assistant Camp Directors help create a camp experience that feels safe, welcoming, and joyful for campers, families, and staff alike.
This day camp will run from July 17th-August 26th.
