ResponsibilitiesIncident and Request Management (AMS)Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents within the assigned SuccessFactors modules.Handle business requests by assessing functional impact and proposing configurations aligned with SAP best practices.Validate master data, end‐to‐end processes, and configured business rules.Manage tickets according to established priority, impact, and SLA guidelines.Functional Configuration and Module MaintenanceAdjust configurations within SuccessFactors modules to align with HR processes and operational requirements.Manage rules, workflows, permissions, roles, templates, picklists, and MetaData Framework (MDF) objects.Review recurring processes such as new hires, employee movements, payroll‐related steps (when applicable), performance cycles, and learning assignments.Validate proper data synchronization between Employee Central (EC) and other modules.Integrations and Data Flow ManagementReview integrations with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, S...
