This is a remote position. We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Solution Architect with 56 years of experience in HRIS configuration and technical implementation. This role requires deep expertise in EC configuration, complex business rules, role-based permissions, and integration, with a strong HR background and technical acumen. The position is remote, with preference for candidates available in CST time zones. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Configuration Design and configure HR data models (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Country-Specific Data Models). Implement and manage core HR management configuration, including employment structures and organizational hierarchies. Configure foundation objects such as Position, Job Classification, Location, and Pay Structure. Lead position management setup, workflows, and vacancy handling.
