Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for SAP SuccessFactors support, handling user queries and resolving issues across various modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals.
- Perform system monitoring, data validation, and routine health checks.
- Coordinate with SAP and internal IT teams to manage incidents, troubleshoot technical errors, and track resolutions.
- Support HR users with process execution, navigation, and reporting in SuccessFactors.
- Assist with system updates, releases, and regression testing.
- Document issues, resolutions, and process updates to build a knowledge base.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to HR policies.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on best practices.
