We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect & Enablement Lead to provide strategic leadership for the design, optimization, and adoption of the SuccessFactors platform. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring the solution architecture aligns with organizational objectives while driving user adoption, process excellence, and long-term platform sustainability.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional and technical SuccessFactors expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and enablement experience. They will guide architectural decisions, lead solution design workshops, establish best practices, and support the successful rollout and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules across the organization.
