Success Plan Manager (SPM) is the primary trusted advisor and orchestration lead for SAP Premium Engagement customers. The role includes the strategic responsibilities of a Success Plan Manager ensuring the end‑to‑end success of the customer throughout the Customer Value Journey (CVJ). The SPM drives solution adoption, value realization, and business transformation while orchestrating SAP’s global expertise, services portfolio, and partner ecosystem to deliver measurable outcomes.
