Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of the Success Centre, the Success Centre Planner is a student‑facing member of the Enrolment Services team who supports learner engagement, success, and retention across the learner cycle, from pre‑entry to program completion and transition. The role provides proactive, student‑centred, trauma‑informed, and culturally relevant services that reflect NVIT’s commitment to Indigenous‑centred education and holistic learner support.
