We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Substation Managers to join several major wind farm construction projects in Finland. The first assignments are expected to commence during late 2026 and early 2027, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to utility‑scale renewable energy developments from construction through energization and project completion. As a Substation Manager, you will play a key role in supervising substation and transformer construction activities on behalf of the project owner. Working closely with Site Managers, Grid Managers, contractors and key stakeholders, you will ensure that all works are executed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
