Subject Tutor (Full Time or Part Time, temporary opportunities available)

Location: Newark

Pay: £30 per hour

About the Role


  • Deliver 1:1 tuition for students unable to attend mainstream education
  • Support pupils with a range of SEND needs
  • Deliver Maths and English through 1:1 sessions up to GCSE level
  • Sessions range from 1–5 hours per day, from 2 to 5 days per week
  • Flexible working across different settings, including students’ homes, libraries, or school sites
  • Long-term placements to provide consistency and structure for students
  • Work alongside social workers, SEN teams, and other professionals to support and feedback on student progress
