Key Responsibilities
Domain & Functional SME •
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Collections processes, including delinquency and workflow management, recoveries, write-offs, legal collections, and customer communications. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with the target collections platform. • Validate functional designs, configurations, and solution approaches to ensure they meet business intent and regulatory requirements.
Conversion & Data Migration Delivery •
Lead conversion and data migration strategy, including scope definition, data mapping, reconciliation, and validation. • Oversee end-to-end legacy-to-target data conversion, ensuring data quality, completeness, and accuracy. • Define and manage mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and cutover planning. • Drive resolution of data issues, gaps, and defects in collaboration with technical teams. • Coordinate with architecture, development, testing, and...
