- Organise, direct, coordinate and supervise, by delegation of the Director, all the operations of the Hotel, both in the accommodation area and in the Food and Beverage area.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the department heads.
- Conven and/or participate in periodic briefings with the heads of department to inform, be informed or discuss any issues that may arise.
