Raytheon UK is seeking a highly capable and experienced Principal Subcontract Specialist to support and lead key subcontracting activities across the British Army Collective Training Transformation Programme (CTTP). This P3-level role is ideal for a professional with good knowledge of subcontract management, who can work independently, communicate with stakeholders, and drive operational improvements & performance of our suppliers supporting British Army Training.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Subcontractors / Suppliers with moderately sized contracts (£10 - £40m) with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage small projects or subcontracting processes with autonomy and accountability for delivery.
