Job Summary
To manage vessel chartering subcontracts for offshore projects, ensuring efficient execution of the bidding process, successful negotiation and finalization of charter party agreements (BIMCO standard), and compliance with commercial, contractual, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full subcontracting and bidding process (ITB / RFQ), from receipt of Purchase Requisitions (PR) through to preparation of Commercial Bid Evaluations (CBE).
- Ensure all commercial, contractual, operational, and financial milestones are met throughout the charter period.
- Support contract administration activities during the execution phase, including variations, claims, and change management related to chartering agreements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to chartering subcontracts and commercial negotiations.
