The overarching goal of the Senior Patient Recruitment Associate is to own and nurture relationships and opportunities with existing clients and build them into long-term profitable ones. You will be responsible for managing multiple Patient Recruitment and Retention studies, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.

Job Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3 years experience working in a patient recruitment / retention role in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Experience working with patient recruitment and retention materials.
