At The Walt Disney Studios, our people are at the heart of the stories that inspire audiences around the world. As a **Workforce Planning Graduate Intern** , you will join a team that supports our creative and business leaders through data-driven workforce insights and planning.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, and data governance within one of the world's most iconic entertainment companies. You will work with large datasets, contribute to reporting and planning initiatives, and help maintain the integrity of workforce data that supports strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and curious individual who is eager to learn about both people and data.
The internship runs from September 2026 through May 2027. If selected for this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Workforce Analyst.
