You will be responsible for implementing trauma-informed practices and developing interventions tailored to student needs. Training and community engagement are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group assessments of emotional wellness
• Create tailored interventions with student counsellors for at-risk individuals
• Lead trauma-informed early prevention activities in schools
• Document and report on student interventions monthly
• Consult with teachers on therapeutic classroom approaches
