The student support unit seeks an incumbent who provides administrative and logistical support to the Office of Students Support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of its operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs general administrative and clerical duties allowing smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities of Student Support Unit.
• Serves as the first point of contact for students and parents ensuring they are provided with timely accurate information and/or are directed to the concerned person for further queries/action.
• Communicates with students, their families, and other interested parties to provide them with general information regarding the financial aid policies and procedures and update on the renewal process.
