Student Support Advisor (CC13752) - Bath, BA2 7AY
Student Support & Safeguarding is looking for experienced and enthusiastic professionals to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides the initial point of assessment, triage, and referral of students into specialist support, as well as helping to build students’ own resilience by giving guidance and advice towards managing and maintaining their own good mental health and wellbeing.
About you
You will:
- have experience of delivering pastoral support and providing welfare/wellbeing advice, including working to assess needs, levels of risk and triaging to appropriate support
- have excellent customer service skills, with experience of working in a busy frontline environment
- be confident in working with distress and dealing with sensitive themes
