HOURS OF WORK: 9:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri; Renewable Term Position: September 8, 2026 to June 25, 2027
REPORTS TO: Student Success Liaison
WAGE RANGE: $25.00 – $28.00
The Student Success Facilitator is responsible for implementing culturally grounded in community student success plans, learning supports, and educational programs. Reporting to the Student Success Liaison, this role provides direct support to children and youth in Grades K-12 across home, school, and community settings. The Student Success Facilitator supports regular attendance, academic engagement, well-being, belonging, and participation in tutoring, mentoring, cultural learning, land-based learning, after-school, spring break, summer, and community-based activities.
