Position Details

The Student Success Coordinator is responsible for executing assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner and has responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:

In collaboration with the Senior Assistant Dean of Student Advancement and the Director of Academic Support Services, the Student Success Coordinator will:

  • Manage students in the Clinical Integration Capstone Remediation Program.
  • Track at-risk students and assist in developing appropriate support plans.
  • Provide logistical support for the tutoring program.
  • Implement and coordinate the use of resources to help students develop effective study strategies.
  • Offer individual and/or group counseling to students with identified needs and concerns.
  • Assist students in creating an effective board preparation plan using evidence-based methodology.
