Overview

The Student Services Manager plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of the school’s Academic Programmes and student support services. This role requires a balance of independent initiative and team collaboration, handling both routine responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned. The position reports directly to the Principal.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support for Student Services:

• Manage all matters related to Student's Pass (STP), including but is not limited to submissions through the SOLAR system, STP appeals, updates, and renewals, communication with ICA and student guardians
• Assist international students with relocation and settling into life in Singapore
• Handle student enrolment processes, including but is not limited to creation of student email addresses, set-up of accounts in the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordination of onboarding documents and informa...
