**Scope of Duties and Accountabilities**
Serving as a central operational contact for Student Services, the Student Operations Specialist supports systems, processes, customer concerns, reporting, and efforts to improve continuously. This position collaborates with Student Services teams, Product, Technology, Sales, and external vendors.
