Student Mentors – Summer Learning Programs (Elementary)

Temporary – up to 6 positions available

All Student Mentor positions will be available subject to ministry funding, budget approval and student enrolment.

The Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) seeks applications for up to 6 Student Mentors for the 2026 Summer Learning Programs. Reporting to the Summer Learning Program Coordinator and Site Supervisor, successful candidates will support elementary‑aged students in early reading, mathematics, assistive technology and multilingual learners through small‑group or individualized learning instructional opportunities. They will assist with planning, facilitating and documenting student learning across a variety of subjects while supporting teachers in the development and delivery of instruction and assessment.
