Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. School Discipline & Case Management
- Collaboration: Partner with the Student Engagement and Discipline (SED) / Student Management (SM) Committee teams to implement positive discipline strategies.
- Investigation: Conduct fact-finding and case investigations by reviewing CCTV footage, interviewing relevant stakeholders (teachers, staff, students), and preparing comprehensive findings/recommendations.
- Administration: Process late-coming students, maintain updated documentation/records, and compile incident reports.
- Student Supervision: Supervise and support students undergoing internal suspension or detention, and actively locate unaccounted students.
- Deterrence: Proactively detect, deter, and report prohibited student activities, such as vaping and smoking.
