Job Description
Developmental Discipline Co‑ordinator – Assist HOD Student Management
- Provide supervision and structured support for students serving detention/suspension from Monday to Friday, after school until 4:30 pm (Fridays 4 pm).
- Implement, monitor, and supervise detentions and suspensions; maintain consistency in process and follow up procedures.
- Follow‑up with defaulters.
- Upkeep, maintain, and compile detention records and data.
- Revert to Form Teachers on detention/suspension attendance.
- Reinforce appropriate behaviour, accountability, and reintegration into school routines.
- Support the management of late‑comers in the morning.
