The GBS HSEFM Service Intern is responsible for efficiently executing, monitoring, and delivering timely administrative and centralized actions to support Health, Safety, and Environmental and Facility Management function (HSE FM). This role aims to maximize value and efficiency in managing sustainability initiatives, training programs, certifications, risk assessments, data management, and cost control.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of services provided.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and knowledge management of health, safety, environmental, and facility management practices.
- HSE FM system administration
- Record sensitive documentation as medical assessments, Regulatory Compliance, Client requirement and support documentation in agreement with the company polices and legal compliance
