Job Description
As a Student Family Liaison Manager, you'll serve as the key communicator between families and our advising team. Your role will be critical in ensuring families feel informed and supported throughout their study abroad experiences.
You will work closely with families to build trust and maintain open lines of communication about academic progress and applications. Collaborating with mentors, youāll facilitate necessary support and address family concerns, using feedback to improve the service process.
