About the Role

Student Care Supervisor to lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of our student care centre. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for primary school children aged 7 to 12, while ensuring the smooth running of centre activities, staff performance, and parent communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre, including staffing, scheduling, and programme delivery
• Supervise and support teachers in planning and conducting enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes
• Manage student discipline and well‑being, and handle parent communications professionally and promptly
