Your tasks

• Support the planning, coordination, and smooth day‑to‑day operation of our short‑term programmes
• Prepare and regularly update programme materials including schedules, student handbooks, and faculty/student information materials
• Support administrative processes and logistics for events and visits
• Support communication with students and faculty as needed
• Create content for programme communications and social media
• Accompany company visits and programme activities as required
• Develop, maintain, and update website content, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand guidelines
