Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, market research, and financial reporting. You will evaluate hotel performance metrics, revenue trends, occupancy levels, and competitive market data to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze hotel performance indicators including occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, and revenue trends
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
