About the Role
Manufacturing Section Manager supports daily STS assembly manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets. This role works closely with supervisors, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure stable operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop leadership capabilities in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily assembly operations (molding, plating, and Trim & Form, singulation)
- Execute production plans to meet output, cycle time, and delivery targets
- Monitor line performance, yield, and downtime; troubleshoot and elevate issues
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Guide and support supervisors and operators, fostering skill development
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement initiatives
