Summary
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural projects, including planning, execution, safety compliance, and workforce management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinates with shipyard personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations in structural team work including welding, fabricating, pipe fitting, testing, inspecting, ship‑fitting, and other steel worker trades’ work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of assigned structural projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
