Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepares structural design computation and analysis.
- Responsible for the signing and sealing of all structural plans as a requirement for building permit and other regulatory applications as may be required by law, being the authorized and licensed structural engineer of the company.
- Verify and validate all structural design and computation plans prepared by external structural engineers, if any.
- Conduct regular site inspection of all ongoing projects and verify conformity with the approved structural plan.
- Prepares as‑built structural plans.
- Prepares in‑progress, accomplished, and exception weekly accomplishment reports for review by immediate superior.
- Willing to render overtime services as needed from time to time.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
