Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of overall project management, planning, and control, as well as project budget analysis and profitability.
- Manage all site work, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery management, and project progress management, to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard and that safety standards are followed.
- Drafting contracts, analysing bids, making recommendations, and awarding construction and procurement contracts as part of the preparation of tender documents.
- Maintain the client's satisfaction with the project's performance and keep them informed of any potential new business prospects.
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Singapore
