Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for drafting all structural design project drawings assigned. Review and collaborate with other disciplines’ draftsmen to deliver well-coordinated drawings.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drawings from architectural drawings
- Mark girds and preliminary layout plans from architectural drawings
- Understanding of typical details for construction and preparation of related details if required
- Basic understanding of lap locations, joints, reinforcement etc.
- Coordinate structural drawings with different discipline drawings such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.
Education
DAE Civil
Experience Required
- At least 7-10 years of experience
- Expertise in RCC Highrise structures
- Worked at reputable structural engineering firms or consultants
