Key Duties
* Day to management of street scene services including street cleansing and grounds maintenance, in line with the service standards and targets.
* Manage teams of operational staff, setting performance expectations, monitoring productivity and addressing any issues.
* Ensure compliance with environmental legislations, health & safety and council policies.
* Manage operational budgets
* Respond to queries, complaints and service requests
* Work with key stakeholders (councillors, community groups, other council departments)
