We are seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Automation Lead with 8+ years of demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and test automation, including extensive hands-on expertise with Selenium-based automation frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing strategy, managing a small QA team, and driving the expansion of automation coverage across enterprise applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands-on automation expertise, people management, and functional business understanding.
