What you will work with
As a consultant in Workforce & Organization, you will help some of Norway’s most interesting organizations succeed in complex transformation journeys, often driven by digitalization, AI, and new technologies. You will work closely with client leaders and teams to ensure that strategic ambitions translate into real behavioural change, adoption, and value creation.
