Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive Lending initiatives end-to-end within N26’s Strategy and Operations team. You will work closely with Product, Tech, Legal, and Operations to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, using data to inform decisions and optimize product performance. You’ll build data-driven business cases, manage external partnerships, and monitor KPIs to ensure successful delivery and impact. This position offers hands‑on project leadership in a fast-growing fintech and an opportunity to shape lending products at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact Lending initiatives from design to execution and continuous improvement
- Contribute to strategic priorities for the Lending segment and team
- Build data-driven business cases including SQL analysis and budget planning
