Djagora University is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruitment across construction and engineering roles. This hands-on, outbound sourcing role focuses on identifying passive candidates, building pipelines, and passing qualified leads to recruiters.
You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques to map talent, maintain organized pipelines in the ATS, and collaborate with recruiters to prioritize submissions in a fast-paced agency environment.
