WSP is currently seeking a Strategic Pursuits Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. Working within our Strategic Pursuits and Alternative Project Delivery group (SP+APD), this internal client‑facing role will support implementation of strategic initiatives and manage the win cycle (Capture Management, Expression of Interest, Statements of Qualifications, Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposal) of major opportunities. The role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to develop winning proposals and reporting to the Strategic Pursuits Director.
Your Impact
- Co‑coordinate implementation of strategic initiatives with the Strategic Pursuits Director.
- Manage the win cycle of major projects, from developing capture strategy to negotiating schedules and articulating win themes.
- Review and track requirements to ensure compliance with bid guidance documentation.
