- Prepare a detailed work plan, including the timeline and task assignments (if it is being developed internally).
- Work with the team and communicate with the company executing the project.
- Ensure the projects success and completion.
- Identify and analyse the potential risks.
- Develop a plan to mitigate the impact of risks on the project.
- Execute the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
