Job Description
Molex in Guadalajara is seeking a Production Planner to drive the execution of production plans that meet customer demand while optimizing operational performance. You will analyze demand versus capacity and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business continuity.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, experience in production planning, and strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems like SAP. Additional exposure to electronics manufacturing will be advantageous.
