The Process Engineering, Automation & AI Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end process transformation across ISG—re‑engineering workflows, embedding automation, and leveraging AI to enable faster, more efficient, and higher‑quality delivery. This role ensures that ISG processes are not only optimized but are also scalable, intelligent, and future‑ready. It focuses on reducing friction, improving productivity, and embedding quality and assurance across the lifecycle.
