Job Description
SHIELD seeks a Pre-sales Engineer in Romblon, España, responsible for client relationship management and technical consultancy. The successful candidate will drive POC processes, customize demos, and act as a technical SPOC. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles within B2B SaaS, is required. Knowledge of SDK, HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL will be beneficial. Strong communication skills essential.
