Job Description
Responsibilities Manage the annual strategic planning cycle. Ensure the strategy is translated into tactical and operational plans. Prepare financial modeling analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives, and assess associated risks and impacts. Prepare and consolidate market and competitor analyses. Support senior leadership decision-making with structured analyses. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization—preferably in Finance. Experience with complex financial modeling and business viability analysis. Advanced Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint). Previous experience leading small teams. Advanced/fluent English. Minimum 3 years in leadership roles and 2 years in strategy, M&A, or strategic consulting.
