Own the performance of the category by generating deep insights, detecting opportunities, analyzing the market and competitors, anticipating risks, and driving strategic decisions to boost the business. Co‑create and lead the annual regional plan for the categories of Toys, Babies, Party & Entertainment, aligning goals with countries and orchestrating end‑to‑end execution. Develop and present business cases to drive profitable growth of the categories, supporting commercial teams.
Requirements
