Job Description
Maersk seeks a Strategic People Partner to support employee relations and HR functions on-site. This full-time role involves performance management and compliance oversight.
As a People Partner, you will be the go-to contact for employee concerns, range of issues from harassment to performance management. With your extensive HR experience, you will ensure compliance with laws and support strategic workforce initiatives while coaching managers on HR best practices.
