Job Description
Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) in the Philippines is seeking a Land Acquisition Officer to identify and evaluate land for development and manage the end-to-end acquisition process.
You will negotiate terms with landowners, draft and review contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Based in Gapan, Nueva Ecija, travel as needed to site locations and stakeholders.
